Ingredients:
1/4 cup Ah-So sauce |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil |
3 tbsp light brown sugar |
2 tsp ground ginger ((or 1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger)) |
1 tsp garlic powder ((or 2 garlic cloves, minced)) |
2 lb pork tenderloin |
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk the Ah-So sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Pour the marinade into a gallon-sized plastic bag, add the pork tenderloins, press out as much air as possible and seal the bag. Turn the bag a few times to coat the pork in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours, flipping the bag halfway through to make sure the pork marinates evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Remove the pork from the marinade, discard the remaining liquid, and place the tenderloins in the center of the pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the pork sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
