Ingredients:
2 lb chicken, partitioned |
1 cloves of garlic, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup vinegar |
1 tsp sugar |
Bay leaf |
Pepper to taste |
Steps:
- First fry the chicken but not too well, brownish only. Saute the garlic and onions.
- Mix the chicken with the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf and pepper.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes. Let it dry a little. Remove and discard bay leaf and then it’s ready to serve.
