Ingredients:
bonito – 2 lb (1 kg) |
flour – for rolling |
eggs – 3, beaten well |
oil – for frying |
lemons – 1 |

Steps:
- Clean the bonito, cut it into fillets and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan.
- Roll each bonito piece in flour and eggs and let it fry until it gets a deep brown color.
- Serve the fried bonito warm and soaked with some lemon juice.
