Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken thighs |
2 tbsp Olive oil |
Mozzarella cheese |
Corn tortilla |
1/2 tsp thyme |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp chilli powder |
Pepper and salt |
1 tsp Tony Chachere's creole seasoning |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1/2 tsp parsley (Dried) |
3 tbsp chipotle peppers (Diced ) |
1/2 cup tomatoes (Chopped) |
1/3 cup yellow onion |
3 tbsp parsley (Fresh) |
Steps:
- In a small bowl, add all dry seasoning ingredients besides chipotle peppers.
- In another small bowl, put the chicken pieces and pour the seasoning mix on the chicken.
- Also, add three tablespoons of diced chipotle peppers (Use just one tablespoon if you don't want it to be spicy).
- Now fry for about 6 minutes on each side in a pan.After that, remove the chicken, set it aside and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
- On a chopping board, chop the chicken with a knife.In the same pan used for frying chicken, reheat the tortillas, Now place the chopped chicken on it and add mozzarella cheese, tomato, parsley and onions.
- Serve with taco salads.

½ cup diced tomatoes |

Steps:
- Mix all the dry seasoning: Add all the dry seasoning ingredients except chipotle peppers in a small mixing bowl. Chicken taco seasoning allows the chicken to retain some moisture when it’s being cooked.
- Marinate the chicken: Place all the chicken pieces in a small mixing bowl. Pour the seasoning mix over the chicken and add 3 tbsp diced chipotle peppers. It will make your chicken spicy if you don’t like spicy, use 1 tbsp or avoid them.
- Cook the chicken: Cook all the chicken thighs for 6 minutes per side. Remove the chicken when cooked perfectly. Set them aside and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Chopped the chicken: Once your chicken is done, chop all of your chicken with the help of a knife and chopping board.
- forming the tacos: After 5 minutes, reheat your tortillas in the same skillet used for chicken fry. You can use any tortilla-like white rice tortilla, brown rice tortilla, and corn tortilla. The corn tortilla is used in this recipe. Now, place your chopped chicken on it. Then add Mozzarella cheese, diced onion, tomato, and fresh parsley.
