| 2 ounces Spiced Rum |
| 2 ounces Apple Cider (or apple juice) |
| 1 tablespoon Caramel syrup (divided) |
| sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional) |
| Ice (for blending) |
Steps:
- Pour half the caramel syrup on to a small plate. Roll the rim of your glass around in the caramel to coat it (like adding salt to a margarita glass).
- In a cocktail shaker, mix together the remaining caramel syrup, rum and apple cider with ice and shake until well combined.
- Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass. Serve.
