Note tips for making Easter Poke Cake Recipe

Here are a few tips to keep in mind when making this recipe:
When making an Easter poke cake, there are a few things to keep in mind.

  • First, be sure to use a white cake mix – this will give the cake its traditional light color.
  • Be sure to evenly distribute the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the holes in the cake.
  • Second, use good-quality chocolate for the filling – we recommend using 60% bittersweet cacao chocolate.
  • Finally, don’t forget the whipped cream! This will add a nice lightness to the cake and balance out the sweetness of the chocolate.

Storing tips

When it comes to storing your Easter Poke Cake, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, if you plan on serving the cake within two days of making it, you can store it at room temperature. Simply cover the cake with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep it fresh. If you need to store the cake for longer than that, it’s best to keep it in the fridge. Again, be sure to tightly wrap the cake so it doesn’t dry out. And if you have any leftover frosting, be sure to store that in the fridge as well; it will last for up to two weeks.
