Ingredients

Oil for cooking chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, chunked
Seasoning for chicken
4 cups cooked rice
1 big can cream of chicken/mushroom soup (or 1 small can of both)
1 big bag Funyuns, crushed
1 can cooked vegetables (add if desired)

  • Cover bottom of non-stick skillet with oil and heat. Add chunked chicken and seasonings (I prefer seasoned salt, garlic salt & lemon pepper). Cook till chicken is done (about 8-10 minutes).
  • Cover bottom of casserole dish evenly with 1/2 of the cooked rice then add 1/2 of the cooked and seasoned chicken. Pour 1/2 of the chicken/mushroom soup evenly over the rice and chicken. Repeat the before instructions.
