1 medium Uncooked onion(s) diced
1 medium Jalapeño pepper(s) seeded and minced
2 medium clove(s) Garlic clove(s) minced

  • Set large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add beef and
    1/2 teaspoon salt; cook, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add onion and jalapeño and cook, stirring often, until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, cumin, and coriander and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
