|2 Boneless chicken breasts|
|1 tablespoon Dried dill|
|1 tablespoon Dried parsley|
|1 tablespoon Dried basil|
|1 tablespoon Dried oregano|
|1 tablespoon Garlic powder|
|1 teaspoon kosher salt|
|½ teaspoon Black pepper|
|2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil|
- In a bowl, mix all herbs together.
- Lay paper wrap over the chicken breasts and flatten them with a mallet.
- Chicken breasts should be dipped in the mixture until fully covered.
- Using a nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat; then add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes per side, or until the crust is toasted. The temperature should then be lowered to medium-low and the chicken should be finished cooking in around 10 more minutes (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts).
