Ingredients:
4 avocados |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
2 large eggs (lightly beaten) |
1 cup panko |
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp kosher salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
Steps:
- Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit. Then, slice into wedges. Use a big spoon to carefully scoop out the individual wedges.
- Prepare 3 medium bowls, one for the flour, one for the eggs, and the last for the panko.
- To the panko bowl, add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge for breading in this order: egg, flour, egg, and then panko.
- Select Air Fry – 400F and set the time for 10 mins. Press START.
- When preheating has completed, place the avocado fries inside the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
- When the cooking time has completed, transfer the fries to a serving plate.
- Enjoy immediately with your favorite dip!

1 lb russet potatoes (peeled or peeled) |

Steps:
- Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks using a mandolin slicer. Rinse the cut potatoes thoroughly and then soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes.
- Drain the cut potatoes and dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, toss cut potatoes with the oil, then load them into the rotisserie basket and attach the lid.
- Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Use the rotisserie fetch tool to lift the basket into the cooking chamber, using the red rotisserie release lever to secure the basket and close the oven door. Using the display panel, touch AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to 380 degrees and the time to 20 minutes. Touch START.and then ROTATE,.
- Check the fries beginning at 17 minutes and remove when golden.
- Add salt to taste and serve hot.
