|5.6 oz pear (1 medium pear)|
|2.41 oz strawberry (6 strawberries)|
|0.72 oz lemon (1/5 medium lemon)|
|0.2 oz ginger (3/4 inch ginger root)|
- Wash and weigh the ingredients.
- Peel and deseed the cantaloupe.
- Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
- Grind and press the remaining ingredients together.
