|6.5 oz green apple (1 medium apple)|
|1.9 oz spinach (2 cups spinach)|
|1.8 oz cucumber (1/5 cucumber)|
|0.85 oz celery (2/3 medium celery stalk)|
|0.83 oz lemon (1/4 medium lemon)|
|0.3 oz ginger (1 inch chunk of ginger root)|
- Wash and weigh the produce.
- Prep the pineapple by removing the green crown and cut into chunks.
- Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
- Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
