LA Galbi vs. traditional Korean galbi

Korean BBQ Short Ribs, or La Galbi, is a type of marinated grilled beef popular in Korea. The meat is marinated in various sauces, typically a gochujang-based sauce, and then grilled over high heat. La Galbi is often served with rice and vegetables and is a popular dish at Korean BBQ restaurants.

So, what’s the difference between La Galbi and traditional Korean Galbi? Well, the biggest difference is in the marinade. La Galbi is typically marinated for a shorter period, and in a simpler marinade. The beef is also grilled over a higher heat, which gives it a slightly charred flavor.

Overall, La Galbi is a more simple and straightforward dish than traditional Korean Galbi. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy Korean BBQ’s flavor without all the fuss.
