These Maryland-style crab cakes are prepared the same way they are made in all Phillips Seafood Restaurants. Heavy on the crab meat, light on the filler, they are REALLY good!

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) crab meat (phillips refrigerated preferred) |
1 – egg |
2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon(s) melted butter |
1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon(s) seafood seasoning |
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs |
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Gently fold in the crab meat. Shape into cakes.
- Pan fry until golden brown or bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes.
