Pull Me Up Cake Recipe | Chocolate Cake Recipe | Black Forest Chocolate Ganache Cake Recipe
Hello Friends, today I’m going to make Pull Me Up Cake and that too without using microwave / oven. This cake is going to be chocolaty, so it is Chocolate Pull Me Up Cake Recipe. We will be using 8 inch round cake tin. We will grease it well and put butter paper at it’s bottom so that our cake base does not stick to the base of the cake tin. Also you have to use A4 size polythene sheets to wrap the cake so i would recommend to have it ready before starting to make this cake.

Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar |
1/3 cup refined oil or butter |
1/3 cup curd |
1/2 cup hot milk |
1/4 cup normal milk |
1 tsp coffee |
1.5 cup all purpose flour |
5 tbsp cocoa powder |
1.5 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
1.5 tbsp vinegar |
300 ml whipped cream |
1 cup sugar syrup |
1/2 cup amul cream |
2 tbsp milk |
150 gram dark chocolate |
2 tbsp cocoa powder |
1/4 tsp copper sparkle dust |
Steps:
- Take 8 inch cake tin and grease it with oil / butter and put butter paper at it’s bottom.
- Take a bowl. Add to it Powdered Sugar, Refined Oil or Melted Butter and Curd. Mix them well. Now take 1/2 Cup hot milk and add 1 tsp coffee to it. Mix it well. Take a sieve and put all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and sieve it in the bowl containing powdered sugar, curd and oil mixture. Mix all of them well. Now slowly mix them all to make smooth and consistent batter by adding milk to it. First use milk+coffee and if needed then use around 1/4 cup normal milk as well. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla or chocolate essence to it as per your taste and mix it well in the batter.After that add vinegar in the batter at last and mix it well. Now pour the chocolate cake batter in the cake tin and tap it.
- After cake is baked let it cool for some time. Once it is cooled then only take it out of the cake tin to avoid cake from breaking. Remove the butter paper and keep the cake on a rack to further cool it completely. Once cooled, cut the cake in 2 or 3 layers using bread knife.Now you to do the icing for which it is recommended to watch the video provided. Once icing is done, you just have to pull the polythene sheet for the ganache to flow over the cake which makes it look beautiful. Cut and serve the cake. Enjoy.
