RECIPE INFO ARMENIAN CUCUMBER SALAD ACUR SALATASI
Refreshingly tangy and sweet. Armenian cucumbers or acur in salad macerated in a sweet and sour dressing to balance the melony cucumber taste. A quick fix salad or side.

|1, ,Onion, cut into thin cresants|
|3, Medium sized ,Armenian cucumbers (Acur)|
|1, Teaspoon ,Honey|
|1, Tablespoon ,Vinegar (Pomegrante, hawthorne or red wine) work well|
|1, Tablespoon ,Olive oil|
|, ,Few leaves of fresh rosemary and thyme (Biberiye / Dağ kekiği)|
|, ,Salt, black pepper, pul biber to taste|
- Mix up all the ingredients and stir well into the cucumbers & onions. Leave to macerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. The onions will lose their sharpness and the skins of the Acur will soften up.
